Apartment Nightmare!!!!!!!!!!

The Lakes of Bellevue is a pretty bad place to live and I would definitely take a closer look before committing to anything one paper. We were shocked at the condition of our apartment when we moved in. The carpet was very old and mated and had numerous stains, some of which were two to three feet long. The apartment also looked like it hadnt been painted at all since the last resident move out because there were black marks and scuffs all over the walls. The front door to the apartment was also covered in bird feces. To make matters worse, the air conditioner doesnt work properly. The entire apartment will be cool except the master bedroom which is on the opposite end of the apartment from the air conditioning unit. Also, there is only ONE place for residents to take there garbage to! One dumpster for 640 units! This is a huge inconvenience. It really sucks to have to drive your garbage to the dumpster. There also seems to be a million bees that live in the rafters of the apartment buildings. You are constantly dodging bees and being stranded at the top or bottom of your stairs waiting for bees to fly away, on your way to drive to the dumpster of course. The office staff is absolutely incompetent. You can tell by their attitudes that they hate their jobs. Its probably because they have to deal with really unhappy resident on a regular basis. I am counting down the days until our lease is up.
