I have a lot to say about this terrible place, but I will try to be as brief as possible.
BUGS & COCKROACHES! Make no mistake, these are actually cockroaches. When we first moved in we had a bad bug problem. We thought it could've been because the apartment sat vacant for a while, but nope. We've had their 'exterminator' out just about every week to spray for the bugs in our apartment. We are clean and don't leave garbage out, however we still have a horrible bug problem.
TRASH! Our neighbors will sometimes leave their trash outside their door for weeks at a time. We've called the office and they said they'd send a letter to their door which apparently never came. Their trash would still sit there. Plus, there's only ONE DUMPSTER for the whole place and this place has over 600 apartments. It is very disgusting. Recently, trash has gotten so bad that their dumpster doesn't hold it all and it piles onto the street!!! This is extremely unsanitary, and I can't imagine anyone that sees that actually wanting to rent here.
BUILDING REPAIR I don't mean maintenance, they actually seem to do their jobs. I mean the state of disrepair the buildings are in. Supposedly they are going around and fixing some wood on the buildings, but they completely missed our balcony and entryway. Not to mention the shoddy painting job they did on our building. The painters liked to stare in our windows more than they painted. They actually took one of their seistas ON OUR BALCONY!!! The interiors of the apartments are nasty, and our appliances are broken down and old. Maintenance is good about fixing them but they don't seem to be able to afford new ones.
MANAGEMENT! The manager is terrible. She's completely selfish and only helps you out if she thinks it was her idea. The girl that takes the money is also mean. I paid rent 3 days past the grace period just 1 time due to a family emergency and she treated it like world war III. The front office staff seems helpful and genuine, but I try to avoid dealing with the manager.
NOISE I can hear every little noise from my neighbors. it's not like their extremely noisy either. The people driving by with the loud music from their cars is annoying as well.
CRIME!!! This seems to be a big issue here too. I recently noticed a car on blocks in the parking lot. His rims must've been stolen and they weren't even very nice. We see cops driving through all the time. There are cops that live here, but they don't seem to notice what goes on.
overall, I DO NOT recommend the lakes of bellevue and we are definitely moving out when our lease is up! If you are looking for a nice apartment in Bellevue, go to the Lexington. Their staff even won an award for the nicest staff in bellevue.

I live in Lakes of Bellvue and I can agree on some of your comments but my dearest lives in Lexington and let me tell you, it's no Trump Towers! Cockroachs---try mice! Being told to go buy a mouse trap for yourself because the pest control only comes on Friday. Alls I'm sayin is the grass is not always greener on the other side!
