I have lived at The Lakes of Bellevue since April 2005. I chose to make The Lakes my home because when I turned into the entry to drive the community it was as if I was driving on a country side road with rolling hills, trees, waterfalls, and lakes. The property appearance was excellent throughout the entire property, so I decided to visit the office and see an apartment. I was greeted by a warm and friendly leasing consultant. She listened to my every need and showed me an apartment I found to be clean and ready to move into. I did lease that apartment that very day. The Resident Manager is professional, friendly and made me feel welcome the moment I was introduced to her. During my occupancy I also found the Manager to be a fair person to all residents and non-residents. The maintenance staff is excellent and prompt. The Lakes has great amenities and first class service from the manager and her leasing staff to maintenance and groundskeepers. I'm about to sign my third lease here and would recommend anyone to lease here. Don't hesitate any longer, drive through or call today and make The Lakes of Bellevue your home today, you'll never regret it.
