Office staff was great when I was viewing to apartment to move in. The apartment I was shown was very nice and then they tried to put me in a leaking dump.
After my move in they were rude and act as if I am a nuisance to them. They made promises they didn't keep. My lease was incorrect. I have had to Re-sign 3 times. I guess the third time is a charm.
I have bugs, not roaches, but bugs because they come in from the outside because of the poor insulation and weather stripping.
I have complained multiple times about noise and they act as if they can't do anything although there is a noise clause in my lease.
