My boyfriend, friends, and I just moved to the Nashville area, and I think this was the perfect beginning for us. There are lakes to fish in, 3 pools, and super nice management. It is mostly surrounded by woods and you get the chance sometimes to see a few animals. I, once, saw a deer coming out of the woods by the car wash! It was really cool. The management team is friendly and everyone minds their own business. I have only seen maybe two spiders or bugs, but you see that everywhere you live. Only had one incident where I have felt unsafe, but a non-resident hit a car in the parking lot, but I think it was for personal reasons. Although a little pricey, I think this would be a great place for you to live.

I will be moving here in March, and when I visited it seemed really nice. Hopefully things will go as well for me!!
