I moved into a 2br/2ba last year and have really enjoyed it. The good: Management has been friendly & helpful whenever I have needed them and repairs have been made almost as soon as the phone was hung up. Being surrounded by lakes, ducks, geese & the occassional deer is awsome... I LOVE IT!!! The balcony that I have is larger than some & I think it's great. The breakfast bar & built in bookcase in the livingroom are nice. The neighbors are fairly quiet & always polite when I see them. The main pool up near the office is heated & open year round as well as having a hottub, so that's nice. There is additional storage space available to rent )I don't use it so I dont know how reasonable it is or isnt). Now to the stuff that only gets a fair rating: while it isn't that bad.... there really do need to be some updates done to the place. I really miss having a sprayer in the kitchen sink, the countertops could use replacing as well as some of the sinks (painting them to look good only makes them look worse folks), the dishwasher is older than i am i think (but does a fair job), the fridge is the smallest I've ever had in an apartment and quite honestly the hot water runs out WAY too fast (who knows maybe i was just spoiled with a newer or larger water tank at my previous apts). As far as parking... yea it can be frustrating at times & you may not get a spot in front of your part of the building, but to be honest I don't see how they could fit any more parking spaces in.
