I've lived in this apartment complex for about 5 years. Until the new management came, I was happy and satisfied living there. Since the new management, I have had several bad experiences : 1. shoddy treatment from management- my boyfriend got locked out of my apartment while he was housesitting for me during wintertime. the management told him to call a locksmith :total cost: a night in the cold, $120 to replace the lock. no apologies. 2. incompetent or greedy management practices - it took me 3 months to renew my lease: they kept making mistakes on the leases I signed : ie. someone else's name was on it, different amount of rent I was supposed to pay on different pages. Each time I went in to get somehing fixed, my rent went up ! bottom line: 5 month lease:1 bedroom apt: rent will increase $150: BE AWARE. 3. cheap services - when I had a mouse problem, they stuck pieces of cardbard with glue all over the place instead real pesticide control 4. unsafe: my car got broken into even though there were supposed to be cops patrolling the area 5. note: after the first year with the great rental offer, your rent will increase by $15-20 per month, every year

you had a mouse problem??? when??? were you in the front or the back of the complex??
