I have had a very good experience for the past two years in my apartment. I am moving out next month because I am being transferred to Texas with work and I just found this website. If you only take advice from this information, where would anyone live' Looks like there are bad things on just about every place.

I totally agree. I've lived here for almost two years, and I've never had any problems, nor have I heard about any of the violence/shooting/robbery problems that other people have mentioned. Seriously, if I went by what people on all of these apartment rating websites said, I wouldn't have moved anywhere and would still be living at home with my parents. Bottom line: No place is perfect, and you can't always trust people on the internet.
