I am not a resident , thankfully. Our application was denied , the first time that has ever happened to us. We were very upfront when we spoke with the leasing agent that helped us , we told her we has awful neighbors and needed to move quickly and that we were breaking our lease and our landlord was aware. This was all okay so we filled out an application and gave a $70.00. The next day we get a call and our application was denied .So my husband calls and speaks with the "manager" who listens to nothing he is saying just keeps saying the same thing over and over again , so he tell her he will speak with corporate office and asks how to spell her name , she tells him to guess !!!! really she did, the manager !! They completely lied to us and told us that our landlord said things that he did not say . Come to find out it is their policy no to accept people with a broken lease. They took that application fee even tho it was not their policy to accept us. When I brought that up they said they can make execptions , I guess just not for us. Long story short you can't trust these people and they do bad buisness. We went right down the road and never had the first problem.
