Stay away from this complex! I lived there for 5 years and I should've gotten out sooner. The people in the office do not care about the residents. A month before I moved out I somehow got bedbugs in my apartment. The office had pest control come out and check and verified that it was bedbugs. They also only checked one other apartment in the building. The office told me I was responsible for the pest control bill to treat the bugs. I told them I should not be responsible since they couldn't determine how they got in, only 1 other apartment was checked, and maintenance was in my apartment not long before the problem started and they could've brought them in. The property manager told me he would send me the bill once he received it. I never saw the bill so I thought maybe they had decided to pay it (I had also contacted the property management company and told them the same things I had told the property manager about why I shouldn't have to pay the bill). A month after I had been in my new apartment I received a notice from a collections agency stating that the apartment complex was demanding payment of my past due account. How could they send me to collections when I had never even seen a bill'
