I had a friend that just moved in there so I was excited to be living just a couple of buildings down from her at first. I thought it was a little weird that they would not let me see my apt before I moved in. They just kept saying to me, "didn't we show you the model'" but they still wouldn't let me see the actual apt I was going to be moving into. Then on the day I was moving in and they gave me my key I saw why they wouldn'y let me see it. It was a piece of crap and a spider crawled across the floor! This was the day I moved in! It looked like a cheap hotel you would see on the movies! The appliances were all a different color and all like 20 years old and the fridge door wouldn't even close! Then my friend who lived a few buildings down from me pulled up her carpet because she has been sick alot and alot of ppl who live here have been having mold problems. When we pulled it up there was black mold EVERYWHERE and bugs crawling under the carpet! Also we found out that they just put the carpet down right over the concret. No padding or anything! I pulled mine up and it was the same thing! So you can here everything! They moved her to another apt. My biggest problem was my spider infestation. I am not exaggerating about it either. There were brown recluses under everything to the point where I wouldn't even stay at my apt. When I moved out everything I picked up had a spider under it. When I lived there I killed at least one spider a day even after they sprayed for them.If you like black mold, deadly spiders, and having to deal with a different problem everyday this is the place for you!
