First I would like to say, that I moved to the Lexington because my good friend use to stay there and I always thought it was a nice apartment complex and wasn't too far from work and school. I will tell anyone to be ready to pay top dollar to live over here, because like a house you have to pay rent, electric, gas, and water. I was not made aware of this until I already had went into my lease. And if you do stay here, do not let them put you in the terrance level apartment(very bottom) the utilities are crazy. I had to pay a $250 gas deposit and a $150 electric, and I've been here 4 months now and still have to see a water bill, I can only imagine how much that is going to be. I had some horrible neighbors in my first apartment and so the property manager allowed me to move over to the next buidling and I was so thankful; however, the hell begin, this apartment had all kinds of issues, but my main issue was the carpet, you can see where it had been worn and cut when orginally put in, all I asked was if they could replace the carpet before I moved my furinture in. Well its been 4 months now and the property manager still has not came to my apartment like she said to inspect my carpet for replacement. But the contractors for the fire alarm did come into my apartment and stole my medication that I just recieved after my surgery. Now, this should tell you to run right, here they had muliple apartments that was victims of thier contractors and I was one and still can't get simple carpet or a darn request answered on time. Now Jermaine, is a awesome example of an professional, all I have to do is send him an e-mail and he will be on top of my request to the best of his ablities, but the rest of the staff I'm not really sure, because if the one girl called me one more time about a $1.33 bill 3 times I was going to get someone to fix her eyebrows personally. I think the Lexington has the potential to being a nice luxury apartment complex, but they have fallen short, because customer service is key. I had a box and a trash bag that sat outside my door for 3 months until I finally went ahead and took it to the garbage can myself. Now I understand you can't gripe and nitpic, about everything because this is a multifamily housing complex; nevertheless, that is why you pay rent to have your request answered and taken care of. I worked in property management for 2 years and I know it can be a stressful job, but it is still your job, if you don't want to do it, then find another field to get in. I think once the management company as a whole gets on track then it will help out throughout all there properties. Word from the wise and experienced, do yourself a favor and look really hard before signing a lease with harbor group management or at the Lexington at Bellevue
