Nice Floorplans & apts but horrible Management

The office staff here sucks. I moved out and had to write the corporate office to get my deposit back and then they didn't give me what I paid to the original management company. The floorplans are very nice here. The apartments are nice. The grounds are landscaped beautifully. Neighbors were very noisy at times and the office did nothing really. Office was kind of slow and actually ignored some of my maintenance requests. The apartments are spacious but management is slow, will avoid your phone calls and ignore you. I'd still probably rent here again but if you have a problem, IMMEDIATELY call the corporate office if you try the office managers and they ignore you and I promise you'll get results and returned calls from the office.

I had a similar experience with the deposit. I basically threatened a lawsuit (I'm a lawyer so I could talk shop with the management company's attorney)
