run dont come here From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   when I frist looked at the apartment I was told I would rent no one lived in it when it came thime to sigh the lease they told me I had to go to another apartment due to the people wanted to stay in their apartment. The one I ended up with the day i was moving in was the first time i saw it. BUGS everywhare I was told by management that it was due to no one living it that unit since the mud slide i found out latter that was not true someone had just moved out I did not mind cleaning as I always do when I move in somewhare but that was just the start not only are the spiders and lots of them bigger than I am there are centipedes,bettles and a host of other bugs they will not do any thing about everything comes in under my door when the wind blows the base boards are comming off the walls the floor in the bath is comming up black mold I have bleached so many times I cant even count I can not get rid of you can see on some of the walls and door facing how deep the mud was they must have not done much to clean it after oh and walls are very thin you will get woken up at 3:00am by sex noise and if someone is above you like me it sounds like they are comming through the floor or they have an elephant up there you can never get any thing fixed even if you can get someone to answer the phone office staff sucks.I am leaving as soon as I can But make sure you give mutiple notices before the 60 days and get some kind of proof you gave it or they tell you that they did not get it and you will have to pay like 5000.00 to leave .
