My wife and I lived in the lexington for 16 months. Everythings was satisfactory, except the parking was horrible unless you pay extra for a garage. My wife would work some nights and would be concerned walking from her car to the apartment becasue she would have to park about 5 buildings away. Our neighbors compained of mold in their garage and their first attempt to fix it was to spray paint, until they compained again. We also moved out early so the apartment complex could re-lease it. We were told we would get a refund for the rent we had already paid along with our security deposit, and we are still fighting for that money, almost four months later. When we call they are rude and abrasive. The apartments look nice, but are not worth the headache.

Hi! I have a question. I just moved into the Lexington apartments. Does maintenance do repairs quickly or not? We noticed that our apartment's windows are not insulated well so it really cold. Also, our water doesn't drain very well. Are these issues common and fixable?
