We have lived in The Park at Melrose for 2 years and have had a great experience. Living in this up and coming area, in our insulated environment, has been a blast. My wife feels very safe and we love walking to either 12th for coffee or 8th to the Pub. Being new to Nashville it was important to us to be around good, young, entrepreneurial people like ourselves and we found that here. We have made a lot of quality friends that we will continue to grow with over time. In summary, there are always growing pains living in a newly developed area but by the way things are going this area is going to continue to get better and continue to bring in a younger crowd where prices are reasonable and they can live in a fun, safe area.
