The Preserve at Brentwood

New Staff is Demanding and Poor Construction From: Mellamo Date posted: 3/26/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   The quality of the apartments are not good: the windows don't remain open, the walls are thin and the fixtures are cheap. The old management was great, but the new people are not responsive and are demanding. If you are going to live near Nipper's Corner I would check out all of your options, as there are plenty in that area. I have been living there for 2 years and will move when my lease is up. The owners are too proud of their property, which is evident in the rental price.
