I've lived here since December 2002 and this is my 5th apartment in 9 years. The staff is wonderful, they have even gone to walk my dog in the day when I couldn't get home fast enough. The maintenance issues are addressed within 24 hrs. unless I'm notified otherwise and the girls in the office are so much fun to just drop by and chat with! They have monthly parties, an awesome pool that has been open since I moved in and a new exercise facility. This place may be close to a not so nice neighborhood but let me tell you it doesn't affect this property, I have seen nothing but professionals move in. Do yourself a favor, avoid costly Cool Springs and still be in Brentwood.
