Horrible experience

The apartment buildings are POORLY constructed! The windows are CHEAP and let in hot & cold air. The office staff is nitpicking and demanding! I have lived here for over a year and can?t believe how demanding the office staff is and how they refuse to take resposibility for fixing things in the apartments. They will charge you for every little thing they possibly can. I hear my neighbors constantly. Accross the street is known to be a high crime area. I would look at all of your options in Nippers Corner. Good luck!
