I've lived here for two years and now that I am getting ready to move, they want more money. I have been month-to-month for 4 months now and I have given a 30-day notice of my leaving. They require a 60-day notice even on month-to-month stating it is a short-term lease although the addendum states it is a month-to-month term. How can someone that is month-to-month give a 60-day notice if they are trying to move in a 30-day window when opportunity presents itself' I feel this is outrageous because you have to pay the month-to-month rent for the additional month. No other property (and don't let the staff tell you otherwise because they are telling you the truth) in Nashville that I have visited does this. I would recommend going somewhere else unless you know 60-days ahead of time you are going to move.
