I recently moved to Nashville from NY- and knew that the Presreve was my first choice for living. The apartment was spacious and well lit. My location is quiet and peaceful for the most part. The staff has been so friendly and welcoming. I enjoy that the front office staff all know me by name- and that happened within days of my move in.
And the maintenance crew- excellent! I had a long list of needs that were addressed immediately. It has been an overall easy transition for me. I recommend it.
