The good and the bad.

I have lived at the Preserve for 2 years now. Generally, I have truly enjoyed my time here, however, the staff could be a little more helpful in how they resolve problems once they are made aware of them.
Some areas of the property have extreme shortages of available parking, yet, the staff has not taken the obvious course of action: issue parking passes to the tenets.
The Security gates worked correctly the first 4 months I was here. Since then they have either remained open at all times, or the arms have been removed allowing 5 cars to enter behind one tenet, when the gate swings open.
It sometimes takes several visits by maintenance to correct simple problems, such as a running toilet, or hot water heater problems.
However, if you are one day late on a $20 water bill, there will be a notifiction threatening eviction within 2 hours.
Overall, a great property, in an awesome location, that is extremely well manicured and maintained. The staff needs to shift some of their focus to retaining tenets, rather than on renting and showing units. They need training on Customer Service skills, and appropriate compensations to offer when the "ball is dropped". Finally, were I a manager of a property such as this, I would PERSONALLY inspect every room before it was handed over to a tenet. I was rented unit that was infested with fleas from the previous tenet. Somone should have noticed this before the unit was leased.
