Well, if you want to live next door to 5 college aged "kids" playing the game "frat boys gone wild" then move to The Preserve at Brentwood. All times of day or night you can here people coming & going blaring there music. Don't be mislead by the fact it actually may look like an upscale complex. It has become common practice to let several people move in, which cause SERIOUS parking problems. Let see.. I have one car for a 3 bedroom. Why is it I have a hard time finding a parking place'''' Hmmmm weird isn't it'''
Also mold is a problem around my windows & many issues have gone untouched although reported at the time of move in over a year. Move here & good luck feeling like your money counts!!!

Seems funny to me that with all the garages on this property that more residents don't take advantage of them.
