Quite honestly, this place looks great with the landscaping and such, but other than that there isn't much positive.

First, the office staff is completely unprofessional. Double and triple check your lease and any renewal as there will be specific dollar amounts quite a bit higher than what you were told in conversation. It??s definitely not oversight as my neighbors have had specific problems with this too. Additionally, the staff seems put out to do anything for a resident from getting packages to providing water bill amounts. Furthermore, they are quite condescending to the residents. From the sign on the gate "Smile you are on camera" to their continuous threats about fees for misplaced garbage (even if it wasn't yours), I have definitely not enjoyed by stay at the Preserve.

On an additional note, the parking situation is horrible. While the lower area has good parking, it is awful up top. Some one did not plan appropriately for the number of cars there. It might not be bad in the summer, but wait until the rainy winter.

Finally, I could go on about some of the crime that has happened including 2 apartments on the lower level broken into within a month and the way in which the staff ??handled?? it, but I digress. Just don't live here, there are a plethora of other better, apartments, with a professional staff.
