Unprofessional rude staff, terrible parking, when residents cant find a parking they just park anywhere, on the grass, in the middle of the lanes, carwash area, handicap areas. I still havent figured out the water bills, all I know is they keep going up. One of my neighbors said he complained and they adjust his every month cutting it in half. I asked the assistant manager to adjust mine and she refused. i'm not good at making "friends with them" if you know what i mean. My water bill has doubled in 6 months and i am using the same amount every month. elec bille are high too. i am having to cut back on the simple luxury of a comfortable warm home to save on the NES bill, residents leave trash out and the wildlife from the agriculture area come in and tear open the bags. forget after hours repairs...they just don't call back. Pets run free, a neighbors cat sprayed the front seat of my car...it cost me my 500.00 car insurance deductable to get the smell out. i can hear my neighbors throught the walls, poor construction. gates are out of order alot, you have to get out of line and follow someone else in.
