I lived there for over a year and the management is the rudest management I've encountered. If you need maintenance for anything, even if it is something they've caused or routine, they would leave you a note indicating that the problem was taken care of and then a nasty little side note to let you know they did not appreciate having to take care of it to begin with. The office crew has no idea what is going on most of the time and constantly presents an irritated attitude no matter what you may have asked or needed. You pay for an apartment and their ridiculous high price for the convenience of not having to take care of things - someone might tell the management that and clue them in.
The apartments are not bad themselves - the upgraded ones - the gate is either not working or torn down 75% of the time - great area - neighbors are generally really nice - gym could use major improvement - pool is well-kept.
