This used to be one of Nashville's premier apartment communities. But recent management has caused it to become very undesirable. The rental rates now equal a house payment...the parking is terrible...they spend money on useless projects (painting the mailroom), while HVAC units fall apart...their third-party water/sewer bills are impossible to figure out...they don't enforce the community rules about garbage, parking, noise...and unfortunately, the Oakley Drive area is becoming a little too "diverse" for my taste. But worst of all - the management is generally rude, and in my opinion very unprofessional. Avoid this complex, buy a house. If you have to rent, there are many others from which to choose.
