First off let me say this....
I have just read the previous reviews and I am confused. What is wrong with these people'! Why would anyone allow a hole in their bathroom that drips water on them stay there for an entire year'! And need I remind people that this is "apartment living"! With that you anticipate certain things such as hearing noises, creepy bugs occasionaly, etc. And I assure you car thefts occur everywhere, not just at the Preserve. Furthermore, every apartment complex has the stupid and expensive water bills, Trust me! Sounds to me like the people who wrote these previous reviews, might just be b*tchy pre-madonna's that can never be happy with anything. Or atleast their weak arguments suggest such.

As for my experience...
I just moved in about a week ago, and I have had a great experience to date. The office staff is super nice, as well as the maintenance staff. I have been very pleased with every aspect of it. The apartment has a great lay-out and I love the new upgrades! I would most certainly reccomend others to live here. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax
