I have lived at the Preserve for almost a year and I have no complaints. Any maintaince problems I had were addressed immediately! I think the office staff are friendly and respectful. I have always felt extremely safe here and for me I am willing to pay a little more to feel safe in a community. Also, I like that most of the other residents are professionals and are generally quiet (e.g., no loud parties on the weekends). I've never had a problem with noise or parking. I'm sure you can find more affordable complexes, but I would carefully think about things that are important to you like safety, location, and quality of the grounds, etc. Also, the scenary is beautiful!
