I just moved in back in September and so far I love it. Any time I go into the office the staff is always nice. I live alone and I haven't felt this safe living in Nashville ever. I pay a little more than some around here but to me it's worth it. I hope my stay is as good as it's been so far.

Actually there are very few "safe" places to live in Nashville (Davidson county). The area around Preserve definitley isn't one of them. This person either works in the office or is a blonde or is a blonde and works in the office or doesn't watch the news.

How uneducated of you? Blonde? I am looking for an apartment home or maybe even a house in Nashville. The news is never great, in Mass, Tenn, Florida, or wherever you live. My boyfriends sister moved to Nashville due to a job promotion, she lives in an adorable little area not far from downtown. I did end up in a place full of a certain kind of people/demographic at one point, but so what? Just because people dont speak our language doesnt make them criminal. Thats the problem with Americans, we fear what we dont know or dont understand. I truly enjoyed my stay in Nashville, and I would love to find a great place to live in that area. Who cares if this person is office staff or not? Until I actually tour the community, and get police reports, I am not making snap judgements. I am a leasing consultant in MA and I see the good, bad, and ugly to these reviews. I see the made up stuff and the honest opinions. Not every place is perfect, but some people certainly exhaggerate the truth. Again, once I actually visit this place and surrounding area, then I will decide. I do value these reviews though, even if they are negative. But petty comments about being blonde just make you sound ridiculous.
