I lived at the Preserve for 7 Months. I give the Preserve Two Thumbs down for the following reasons: 1) They charge an extra months rent when you dont give a 60 day notice. They took me to court over this fee, because I only gave a 48 day notice. 2) They charged me a pet fee for months when I did not have a pet on the premisies. 3) There was dog mess everywhere in the open areas around the apartments 4) Parking is an issue at night 5) The gate hardly ever works...dont feel safer because of the gate. 6) The management is not friendly or understanding.
