My main problem is pets, as they do not fine for people leaving pet feces in the grass. The secondary problem is water is rigged as you will always pay a certain amount, independent of your usage. Third the gate is joke, they should pay more attention to safety, as the surrounding neighbor hood is getting worse. You will be fine if you pay attention to your surroundings.
