I wish I had read these reviews before moving here!

This is not a good place to live. It looks nice on the outside, but all of that is a facade. There have been a lot of burglaries lately, at least three that I know of in the last few months. The limited access gate doesn't really work. At least four cars can get in behind you when you swipe your access card. We called the office managers to ask them about the security problem, but they said that they won't do anything about it. As much as I'm paying each month, you'd think they would be a little more inclined to beef up security. Cameras, a better gate, anything' No one cleans up after their dogs, so there's poop all over the grounds. There's also not enough parking - especially on the weekends. I've had to park two buildings away on several occasions because there was nothing near my unit. The water pressure is terrible, too. You'd do just as well to take a bath with a garden hose. And the pet fees' You have to pay $300-400 non-refundable up front, and then $18 a month as pet rent. Absurd. My apartment also has bugs of every kind, no matter how often I clean. In the last few weeks, I've found spiders, worms, some sort of roly-poly thing, and a GIANT cockroach. It's just gross. I would not recommend this community. Management should spend less on buying cookies for the office and more on security. Or they could at least PRETEND to care.
