The managment and maintenance staff are quite cordial and accommodating -- always attentive to even the smallest complaint or repair request. The complex itself is quiet most hours of the day, with the exception of summer pool parties. The apartment is roomy enough, but only has overhead lighting in the kitchen, laundry room, dining area and bathrooms, making lamps a necessity for any other areas. Parking can become a small issue on occasion, but could be remedied if guests parked where they are supposed to park. It?s right up the hill from a shopping center, two gas stations and an interstate exit. Even on a Friday night, one can get downtown in about 15 minutes. The only complaints: small fridge, unpredictable front gate, and low water pressure.
