I've been here 2 years and am about to sign onto a 3rd year at The Trails. It's a small apartment, but the staff is excellent and very caring, the maintenance guys are second to none, and I've never hesitated to go for a walk at night alone. Unlike other recent posts, I don't judge my neighbors as "looking ghetto" and therefore shady. Yes, I've seen police cars here once or twice in the last 2 years, but it always seems to be isolated acquantance incidents. The only thing I might say is the apartments seem slightly small for their asking price and storage is at a minimum. Otherwise I would highly recommend it!
