The management staff told us the rent for an open apartment was $769 on Tuesday when we looked at it. We came back the very next day on Wednesday and the rent had gone up to $799. INSANE! No one mentioned that the rates for newcomers changed every Tuesday at midnight. So, if you like the apartment and the price you better get your application in or the rates will go up....

Do you expect gas to be the same price everyday? Prices change daily on everything...buy it if you want it!
