Good and Bad, but aren't they all'

I lived at The Trails for about a year.
The maintainence and staff were wonderful.
Yes, the gate was broken a lot, and it probably was caused by people hitting it.
The rent was outragious for my one bedroom, simply because I requested hardwood floors (which by the way, kept the place clean considering I have two dogs).
My neighbors were very quiet and friendly.
The only bad incident that I had was that my dog and I were viciously attacked by a neighbor's dog that was off it's leash (which is against the law).
One of the staff members (who is also a resident) responded VERY promptly, and called the manager of the community and the police.
They showed very much concern for my dog and I, and stayed with me until the situation was resolved.
The owner of the dog was found, and the dog was picked up by animal control and euthenized for being a danger to other people.
Overall, I would say this is a pretty good place to live (if you can afford it!)
