When sent in our application to be approved to rent this place we were told it was $679. then we when signed the lease it was $699. then we never got a water bill for 3 months. Then in November they put a note on our door telling us we were late when we weren't according to our rental agreement and so because we thought we were late bcause they never gave us a copy of our lease agreement we assumed we were late and ended up having to pay late charges that we should never of had to. We asked three different office workers why we got the note None of them knew why. would give us our fees back in Novembers rent. Oh and the note that said we were late told us our rent was $669.10. We have had to call maintenance to fix issues that we told them about when we signe dthe lease back in July and it is now October and they are just now finishing jobs. They leave messes for me to clean up when they fix things, maintenance staff is very rude and is very lazy. When they leave a note telling us they were there to fix something they leave it on paper towels, scrap paper never a work order, that my neighbor showed me she has received when they have done work at her place. Management speaks to us rudely. I am extremely disappointed with the way things are done here. Want out of lease. Neighbors are nice though.

How they charged the water and the billing is definitely screwy. But I felt they explained it to us pretty well and we didn't have any trouble after the second to third month living here. It's now different with the new company and all on one bill. Never had any trouble with maintenance, the guy is super nice, but yeah, very casual (notes on paper towels etc.).
