I am sorry, but whoever made the comment about "try the Grove..." must have had some serious issues. I cannot name another place I have enjoed more than 20 & G! For someone who was not a student...just wanting to be in the middle of EVERYTHING...I loved it! Sure..you deal with "some" noise level from being right in the middle of it all, but it never seemed to phase me. I always recommend this place immediatley when friends ask about apartments-it has by far the nicest office person-who actually seems concerned about whatever issue you bring to her, the best maintenance people, and again TOP DRAWER location! The Boundr'y is NEXT DOOR-you can't get any closer and catching a cab is easy (not to mention cheap fair for D-town!) I was surprised just how minimal the noise level was once you got settled in your apartment-thought it would be MUCH louder, but I think the construction of much more sound than other places I have stayed. To sum it up.....LIVE THERE AND YOU'LL see what I am trying to express! (P.S. Never really had any water issues....)

My friend lives there and I really don't think this building is worth the money they are charging for it. The rent is quite high for what you get, and it IS noisy. For this part of the country/Nashville, the rent is really high. The building is O.K., and yes, the location is good, but I'd live at the Gardens of Hillsboro Village or the Grove if I was going to spend this kind of money...unless you want to be close to the law school that badly (but if that's the case I'd just buy a condo or maybe rent at Village at Vanderbilt). I don't think the management is THAT great either, from what I've heard. It does have controlled access, a gym and the building is pretty O.K.,but overpriced, in my opinion. That's why they are always renting...
