Twenty & Grand

couldnt wait to leave; would never go back From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/31/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I had a horrible experience living at 20 and Grand. Nothing was ever fixed in a reasonable amount of time, or on the first try. Multiple times, things were not fixed, and I was told not to call about it again. The drains never drained from the day I moved in, and I was told there was noting they could do. The complex never notified residents when there was a rash of car break ins, andd never installed any precautionary cameras, or replaced the garage gate that made it quite easy to walk in. At least once, I came upon a homeless person in my hallway. The building is over priced, proides a false sense of saftey, and is not well maintained.
