20 and Grand is not cheap, but it's the possibly the best option when looking for a place walking distance to Vanderbilt. The units are very nicely planned, the staff is friendly and responsive, the building is secure, parking is secure in an underground lot, everything is overall satisfactory. They even provide coffee, tea and cookies in the lobby! Not only is it convenient for the Law, Business, Nursing and Medical schools, but it's also right in the heart of some of the areas best resturaunts and night-life. That said, there can be a bit of street noise, but it's nothing you wouldn't get used to. It wouldn't bother anybody who's lived in a city before. I've never heard my neighbors, and I've lived here for quite a while. If you have the loans/money to affort 20 and Grand, there's really no reason not to lease. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
