Good affordable housing From: droberts5022 Date posted: 2/27/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have been very happy about my time here at Twin Oaks. I am a college student in Nashville, and I have felt that they have really taken care of my roommate and I. Another thing the impresses me is that the Landlord has taken time to get to know us. And when we have a package he has it ready for us when we get there. I would recomend Twin Oaks if you can find an empty apartment here. So far they have been in high demand. And for a good reason.
