I have lived in this place for a year and a half, and my lease is running up next month, thank the lord. They just got in new management, and I will admit some things have changed, such as they have security officers walking around the parking lot at night. This helps, as I have had to call police here twice. I have also had things stolen off my porch. The new management isn't very curtious though, as they did a manditory check on the inside and literally walked in my place after unlocking it with the key. They knocked once, but they didn't hear me say don't come in I'm not dressed, and proceeded on in. I was only allowed 5 minutes to dress, then they had to come back in to "assess" the place, I was not allowed to reschedule. I felt very violated. Also, there is CONSTANT loitering everywhere, and all the kids use the parking lot as their playground, and don't move out of the way of the car when you try to drive through. Also, my garbage disposal has been broken for 1 year and still hasnt' been fixed. I could go on and on. Rent is cheap, though the new management has tried to raise it on me even though I am under a lease at a different price, but no matter how cheap this is, keep looking elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please believe after I posted my last comment about going to check this place out, I did and boy was it what I thought it would be. Kids everywhere like you just stated, in the way while I was driving through and it was just unsafe looking to me. I didnt see any police or whoever walking around when I was checking it out. And it just look like the projects to me and thats NOT MY CUP OF TEA!!! So believe me Ive been looking some place else and I wouldnt even recommend anybody to live there and I havent even lived there myself!!! THANK GOD FOR THAT!!!

OMG please do NOT rent here, this is section 8 and is probably, no IS... IS the most poorly managed section 8 in the city. There are gunshots on a regular basis, the "new mgmt" doesn't care at all about the delapitated porches, graffiti or broken windows on vacant units. I feel sorry for all those nice condos they are building up on ghetto hill... so sad, hopefully someone will key Metro into what bad shape this place is in.... ultimately for the "new mgmt" all it equals is a tax break! HORRIBLE do not move here unless you wanna wear a bullet proof vest and live in the equivalent to a gutter! YUCK!

WOW ...I'm getting ready to move from Indiana..I've heard this on several different occasions about this property..thank you..will be moving elsewhere
