Village at Vanderbilt Apartments
AVERAGE RATING

I was pretty much forced to break my lease because they would not fix the multitude of problems and safety concerns I had. The problems lingered for FOUR months. I eventually told them I was leaving and NOT paying the fee to break the lease. They said they understood, apologized, and didn't even try to hold me to it. The front office people know how bad it is, and they were happy to let me go without a stink. This comment appears with my email address. I would be happy to answer any questions for perspective tennants of the Village. But, I'll tell you now, that my answers will not likely be favorable to living there.
