Overpriced, but you will pay the same amount anywhere else around here.

Maintenance is not the best or the brightest however they do get some job done once they get here - might not be the job that they were called for.
Insulation is a concern judging by our electricity bill - We may be heating all of Nashville.
Do not overlook the leak marks on the ceilings under the shower and the roof. Some may think they are old yet when they start to drip some think they are new.
Do not buy a vacuum that has too strong of suction or you will have 'hardwood floors' instead of carpet.
The dishwasher has one setting 'rinse' we wonder about the cycle that most people enjoy using called 'wash'. We do not seem to have that one regardless of the amount of soap you use.
As for cooking time and the oven - things become exciting. Let us tell you the smoke alarms do work and to check you meals about half way through their cooking time.
This aparment is great - location wise. We could not have a better location for students needing to go to Belmont or Vanderbilt. Appr. 7 minute walk to either school or the pancake pantry.
