I lived at the Village for 5 years b/c I was in grad school at Vandy w/out a car. The location is nice, but that's about the only thing worth the money. The apartments are fine, but nothing special for the price. The staff is friendly, but don't expect them to get in a hurry about anthing. If you need something, be prepared to ask several times. I moved out in July, and my deposit refund is still "in the mail".
