I have lived here for just over a month. I decided to live here because after looking at other apartments in the area, I felt like this was the safest. It has a nice parking garage, well kept/lit hallways to the apartments and the grounds are well kept. Its also in a great area of Hillsboro Village. The pool is nice, however my one complaint about it is that there is no lock on the gate so normally there are a bunch of people there that arent residents which can be annoying since chairs are limited.
I occasionally hear my neighbor to the left of me but I think its just because he has a loud bass on his speakers. Every once in a while I hear the neighbor directly above me. Overall, I really like the apartment, I just think that it is too overpriced.
