The location of the Village at Vanderbilt is what really makes this apartment community outstanding. Located accross the street from Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt, the Village offers great housing for employees, patients, or family of patients alike! However, the management knows this, and the cost of this convinience is worked into the Rent.
Another bonus of this community is the on-site gym and pool. There are only 2 treadmills, 1 bike and elliptical, and some weight machines; but at least there is some kind of work out facility.
