Village at Vanderbilt Apartments
AVERAGE RATING
< Prev Review | >
The "Village's " only saving grace is its location. Otherwise it's overpriced, the grounds are ugly, the apartments are ugly and most importantly the staff can be plain rude. I would think twice before moving here if your only criteria is location. You do not get what you pay for, even for the location.

The grounds and apartments are not ugly. They're above average. And the hallways are above average in aesthetics and cleanliness. The rent does seem high and I can't comment on the attitude of staff members. I just felt like some of negative comments about the looks of the complex are off base. For the location and amenities, it might be worth the money if you??re not going to be in Nashville long enough (3 or more years) to invest in homeownership.
