The Villager has some nice condos. Just enough room for one or two people and all of your stuff. They are safe and well kept. The manager and mainteinence respond to all hardware problems immediately. The only problem is the noise. Neighbors wake me up at 2am and 4am with loud music, screaming, both inside and outside the apartments.

If noise doesn't bother you then these apartments are great. During the summer the A/C unit will be loud enough to block out the noise but in the winter you might want to consider ear plugs. I have complained repeatedly to management and my landlord but the noise doesn't stop. No one seems to realize how thin the walls are here. And quiet hours are a joke. People in my dorm in college were better about quiet hours than people who live in this condo. It is kind of sad really. If you work late hours then this place will be great. But if you work in the mornings, your neighbors will keep you up all night. The only thing I have yet to do is call the cops. But I am moving out in 2 weeks. And ear plugs are working for now. Deep sleepers will love this place... everyone else... need to go buy at least a six month supply of ear plugs.
